BlowPro is a product of Worldways, Inc. and was conceived, designed and built in Burnaby, British Columbia.

Kevin and Laura McQuiggin own and operate Worldways, which provides a broad range of technical consulting, training, and development services.

Kevin has an academic background in computing science and mathematics, but worked in policing for 30 years.  He retired as an Inspector in the Vancouver Police Department in 2011.  He is also a flight instructor and a commercial pilot, and has worked as flight crew on both the Boeing 727 and the McDonnell-Douglas DC10 for a large cargo airline.  Kevin is an Adjunct Professor at Simon Fraser University, an amateur radio and electronics enthusiast, and a beekeeper.

As a piper for over forty years, Kevin has competed at the local, regional and international level, and was a member of the original Simon Fraser University pipe band in the 1970s/80s.

Laura’s background is in criminology and teaching, and she provides administrative and technical support in Worldways’ various ventures.  She worked at the Vancouver Police Department for nine years in the 1980s/90s.
