User support is very important to us.  We’ve had two inquiries so far.  The questions and answers will be added to the BlowPro FAQ.  In summary:

  1. We’ve had an inquiry about using the protective cover with the device from a UK customer (Answer: always use the protective cover when your device goes into your pipe bag!); and
  2. An inquiry from a user near Chicago who asked how to import an emailed pressure reading data set into Excel (Answer: Kevin created a short video example of this process – see https://youtu.be/wwG0IsK4Fkk).
